Add internal labels to referrals so your team can filter, track, and remember context that doesn't belong in a formal note—things like "lost to competitor," "great relationship," or a quick win flag. Tags are private to your organization and never visible to the hospital.
How to use it
Open a referral and click the Referral Tags button in the toolbar.
Type a tag name, choose a type (Lost, Won, or Note), and save. Use autocomplete to stay consistent across your team.
